  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Non-refundable deposits may apply upon cancellation.

    • Olive and Fable Pet Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather or emergencies). In such cases, a mutually agreed-upon alternative date will be arranged.

  • Ownership: All photographs and related media produced by Olive and Fable Pet Photography are the exclusive property of our business and are protected by copyright laws.

  • License for Personal Use: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use or reproduction of the images without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Watermarking and Credit: Unless otherwise agreed upon, images may be watermarked and/or include a photographer credit when shared online.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Pet Behavior and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring your pet’s safety and well-being during the session. Please ensure that your pet is prepared for the session and that any necessary permissions (such as access to property or additional locations) are secured in advance.

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process and notify us of any changes that may affect your session.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Service Quality: While we strive to deliver high-quality images and an exceptional experience, Olive and Fable Pet Photography makes no warranties regarding the outcomes of the photography session.

  • Damages: In no event shall Olive and Fable Pet Photography be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services or inability to use our Services.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
